Job Description

We are looking Accounts Associate for our Noida office. In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounting, finance, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate recording of transactions in accounting software.
Prepare financial statements in line with Schedule III requirements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and prepare MIS reports within deadlines.
Support accounting and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries.
Handle GST return filing and prepare data for annual return filings.
Assist with other statutory compliances as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Zoho ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
