Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Reports to: Accounts Manager / Finance Controller Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records including general ledger entries, invoices, and payments. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable. Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and tax filings. Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payment issues. Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems) to manage financial data. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,838.46 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
