About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Accounts team in daily operations.
This internship provides a hands-on learning opportunity in practical accounting — including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting — while working with experienced professionals in a fast-paced IT rental environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime, including vouchers, payments, and receipts.
• Support rental invoicing, client ledger updates, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and verify billing and payment records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and tracking client payments and deposits.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for invoice and payment follow-ups.
• Support the preparation of MIS reports, expense tracking, and data entry.
• Help maintain asset and inventory records for IT equipment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals (debit-credit, journal entries, reconciliations).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to real-world accounting tasks.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / Pursuing MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: Freshers or recent graduates passionate about accounting and Tally Prime.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)

Note: After successful completion of the 3–6 month internship, candidates demonstrating excellent skills and alignment with company standards will be considered for a full-time position with a good package at IndiaRENTALZ.

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on skills & learning pace )

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Chandigarh Head Office
