About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations, including rental invoicing, deposits, vendor payments, reconciliations, and statutory filings. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between our Sales, Operations, and Accounts departments while maintaining accurate financial records in Tally and supporting management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete accounting entries in Tally Prime, including rental invoices, sales, purchases, journal, and payment/receipt vouchers.

Manage rental billing cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual), deposits, and client ledger reconciliations.

Ensure accurate GST invoicing for inter-state rentals and credit/debit note adjustments.

Handle accounts receivable and payable, and track overdue payments with the sales team.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain a clean record of online transactions, cheque deposits, and refunds.

File GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports within deadlines.

Prepare management MIS reports, customer-wise revenue summaries, and rental performance data.

Coordinate with auditors for quarterly and annual audits.

Maintain asset register, including equipment procurement, depreciation, and disposal.

Assist management in cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, and accounting standards.

Experience in handling rental or service-based billing preferred.

Good understanding of asset accounting and depreciation.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.

Ability to coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Logistics).

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or rental/IT services sector.

Freshers with strong Tally knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience and capability) (Not to be Shared)

Performance incentives may be added based on accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Work Schedule

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday
