• Accounting in Tally and ERP Software in terms of all kind of expense entries along with Purchase, Sales, Receipts and Payment Expense and Income Booking, Inventory Accounting.
• Coordination with Various Departments and suppliers for Invoice copies, Documents and required information.
• Issue Sales Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes and related accounting
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
• Necessary MIS preparations and related working. Finalising MOnthly Trialbalance .
• Inventory Accounting – GRN Issue, Production, Consumption & Dispatch Reconciliation of Data in Tally and ERP and getting same aligned.
• Minimum,4 Years of Experience of working in tally/ Other ERP system.
• Good Command over English and Good Communication skills
• Should have Reasonable knowledge of TDS and GST related to compliance requirement – Applicability, Tax rates, Returns time line and exclusions.
• Good Knowledge of Computer MS Office including Excel Formula, V lookup and Pivot, Outlook, Document Management.
• Should be able to do Multitasking Activities.
Master degree in Commerce / Accounts or related field or equivalent work experience required Minimum 3-6 years of direct experience
