Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), and Regulatory Framework
  • Proficiency in accounting software: Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)
  • Ability to manage audits and interact with external consultants
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills

Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
  • 4–8 years of experience in core accounting and finance roles
  • Experience with statutory audits and financial reporting is preferred
