Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), and Regulatory Framework
Proficiency in accounting software: Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)
Ability to manage audits and interact with external consultants
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Leadership and team management skills

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
4–8 years of experience in core accounting and finance roles
Experience with statutory audits and financial reporting is preferred
