Accounts & Finance AGM / DGM

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Finance & Accounts

  • Manage

    Post Sales BSR

    (Booking Settlement Reports) and ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Oversee

    Accounts

    for all post-sales transactions, including reconciliations, client payments, and developer settlements.
  • Monitor

    Incentive Release

    for sales teams and ensure timely payments according to policy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and approvals for

    Referrals

    , client rebates, and promotional payouts.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure all

    Compliance

    requirements are met, including statutory filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits and due diligence.
  • Implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reduce financial risks.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounts and finance professionals, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Post-Sales, Sales, CRM, and Compliance teams for smooth client settlements and financial operations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of financial processes, pipeline tracking, and reconciliation activities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior management.
  • Track KPIs related to accounts, compliance, incentive payments, and post-sales settlements.
  • Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    real estate accounts, post-sales finance, compliance, and incentive management

    .
  • Expertise in accounting standards, audits, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to manage

    Post Sales BSR, Accounts, Compliance, Incentive Release, Referrals

    efficiently.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in

    accounts and finance operations

    , preferably in

    real estate or property development

    .
  • Exposure to

    post-sales financial settlements, incentive management, compliance, and audits

    .
  • Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting; CA / CMA / ICWA preferred.
