Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manager and grow relationships with key clients in the software domain. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term account growth.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with key clientsAct as the single point of contact for assigned accountsUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutionsCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support)Ensure smooth onboarding and timely issue resolutionIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesTrack account performance and client satisfactionHandle client escalations professionallyEnsure client retention and renewal

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and client management skillsBasic to good understanding of software / SaaS productsExperience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Experience Required

2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client HandlingExperience in Software / IT / SaaS domain is mandatorySalary Package : As per industry normsPerformance-based incentives applicableJob LocationChennai
