We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manager and grow relationships with key clients in the software domain. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term account growth.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support)
Ensure smooth onboarding and timely issue resolution
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Track account performance and client satisfaction
Handle client escalations professionally
Ensure client retention and renewal
Strong communication and client management skills
Basic to good understanding of software / SaaS products
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Handling
Experience in Software / IT / SaaS domain is mandatory
