Qualification : B.Com, M.com, MBA

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Preference : Food Manufacturing industry experience

Budget : 9 Lakh

Languages : Kannada (must), English, Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Operations

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling.

Maintain General Ledger entries, journal postings, and expense tracking.

Oversee bank reconciliations, fund allocation, and cash flow tracking.

Ensure proper invoice verification and resolution of discrepancies.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS

Prepare and submit daily weekly reports and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Track departmental budgets, expenses, and variance analysis.

Support decision-making with timely financial data and performance tracking.

3. Coordination with Outsourced Partners

Share accurate and timely accounting data with outsourced compliance and taxation service providers.

Coordinate and respond to queries from external auditors, tax consultants, and compliance teams.

Ensure internal records match the submissions made by the outsourced partners.

4. Departmental Support

Liaise with Internal Audit, Payroll, and other reporting departments for smooth data flow.

Support inventory and stock audit activities in coordination with the operations and supply chain teams.

Assist in vendor negotiations and contract cost control measures.

5. Process & System Improvement

Recommend process improvements for faster and more accurate accounting workflows.

Support implementation of automation tools or ERP upgrades for accounting.
