Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, prepare offer letters and JD's. Support employer branding initiatives and build Ugaoos presence as an employer of choice. HR Operation: Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Support onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and induction. Help with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and compliance requirements. Support employee engagement activities and communication initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required. Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Ops team.

Key Responsibilities Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable. Support in preparing financial statements and monthly reconciliations. Ensure timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims. Help in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders for compliance and reporting. Maintain accurate records in accounting systems. Monitor cash flow and support payroll processing when required. Work with the Accounts Manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements MBA in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in a corporate environment). Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Oversee end-to-end payroll processing through HRMS (preferably Keka) with accuracy and timeliness. Manage salary structure updates, variable pay, reimbursements, and full & final settlements. Coordinate with the Finance team for inputs, deductions, reconciliations, and audit support. Ensure confidentiality and compliance across all payroll transactions. Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure timely filing and compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS regulations.
