Quickly and effectively resolve any logistics-related issues. Handling Daily Quick Commerce Appointments and Dispatches. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, prepare offer letters and JD's. Support employer branding initiatives and build Ugaoos presence as an employer of choice. HR Operation: Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Support onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and induction. Help with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and compliance requirements. Support employee engagement activities and communication initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required. Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Ops team.
