We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Accounting & Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced Excel expertise to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
· Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies.
· Prepare, analyse, and reconcile financial statements, MIS reports, and working capital schedules.
· Utilise ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Sage ) for transaction processing, reporting, and system enhancements.
· Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) to support decision-making.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver timely financial insights and solutions.
· Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal control frameworks.
· Contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives within finance and accounting functions.
