In this role, you will serve as a virtual consultant to our client, PwC India, providing functional support for their Tax-Tech solution. The role involves assisting clients with issues related to filing returns, compliances, and E-invoice preparation. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Act as a virtual consultant to clients, helping them navigate and resolve issues they encounter while using the PwC-developed Tax-Tech solution. Provide assistance through: Helpline: Address client concerns via call using a designated helpline number. Ticketing Portal: Analyse and resolve client issues raised through tickets by validating shared files, identifying errors, and suggesting appropriate solutions. Functional Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of accountancy to deliver high-quality functional support. Validate client submissions on the Tax-Tech solution, ensuring files are error-free and ready for submission to government portals.
