Taxation Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join PrediQt as an L1 Support Consultant. In this role, you will serve as a virtual consultant to our client, PwC India, providing functional support for their Tax-Tech solution. The role involves assisting clients with issues related to filing returns, compliances, and E-invoice preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support:
• Act as a virtual consultant to clients, helping them navigate and resolve issues they encounter while using the PwC-developed Tax-Tech solution.
• Provide assistance through:
• Helpline: Address client concerns via call using a designated helpline number.
• Ticketing Portal: Analyse and resolve client issues raised through tickets by validating shared files, identifying errors, and suggesting appropriate solutions.

Functional Expertise:

• Leverage your knowledge of accountancy to deliver high-quality functional support.
• Validate client submissions on the Tax-Tech solution, ensuring files are error-free and ready for submission to government portals.

Issue Escalation:

• Serve as the first point of contact (L1 support) for functional issues.
• Identify technical issues that require escalation to technical support teams for further resolution.

Knowledge Management:

• Stay updated with the latest regulations and compliance requirements to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Document solutions and best practices for internal use.

What You Will NOT Do:

• File returns or generate E-invoices on behalf of clients.
• Perform direct interactions with government portals; your role is limited to providing guidance and support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Strong functional knowledge of compliance returns filing, and E-invoicing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients over calls and through the ticketing system.
• Problem-solving skills to analyse client issues and provide effective solutions.
