Job Description

own the numbers, build strong financial processes, and grow alongside a creative, entrepreneurial team.

Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards.
Record and review journal, ledger, and other entries.
Handle reconciliation of trade receivables and payables.
Prepare and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Compliance & Taxation

File TDS and GST returns; ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
Oversee PF and ESI compliance.
Apply correct TDS rates/sections for deductions.

Process & Controls

Work across R2R (Record-to-Report) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycles.
Support audits and strengthen internal controls.
Prepare MIS, financial reports, and management decks.

Qualifications

Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter).
3–5 years of relevant finance & accounts experience.
Solid grounding in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Hands-on with reconciliations, TDS/GST filings, and payroll compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem-solver.
Comfortable working in a
high-growth, creative, and dynamic environment.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
