Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Account Executive to manage client accounting and financial operations . The candidate should have strong core accounting knowledge and experience in handling diverse accounting tasks. You will be responsible for supporting clients who use our financial software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts using our software platforms.
• Set up and structure accounting systems and ledgers for multiple clients.
• Ensure accounting accuracy, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation, validation, and finalization of financial statements (as per GAAP/IndAS).
• Conduct analysis of financial and manufacturing data for client insights.
• Maintain and analyze cost and production data for manufacturing sector clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to optimize financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain client accounting ledgers.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy.
• Support in financial reporting and cost accounting for manufacturing clients.
• Analyze financial data for business insights and decision-making.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support.

Office Time: 9.30 AM - 6.00 PM
