Job Description

Proactive professional who can manage Accounting, Taxation, and HR activities for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of finance and compliance, along with the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Taxation

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and ensure timely filing.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.
Support management in budgeting, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.

Human Resources (HR):

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, exit formalities).
Prepare and process payroll, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other compliance.
Maintain HR records, employee attendance, and leave management.
Assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR-related statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance
2–3 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and HR functions.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and payroll compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
