Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and financial data. You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Position : Accountant Job Location : Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents. Handle day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate GST/tax filing and compliance with local regulations. Process invoices and payments, and liaise with vendors and customers as needed. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Monitor financial transactions and reporting for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–3 years’ experience in accounting/finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems; advanced MS Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Experience in: Invoicing, bills, checks, A/P & A/R Posting, reconciling transactions & ledgers GST filing, EPFO & ESI entries Bank reconciliations & multi-currency transactions Preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UAE/VAT regulations (if applicable). Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance. Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
