Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-caliber Accounting Professional to anchor our finance operations out of Patna. The role demands strong execution discipline, seamless command over Marg ERP, and hands-on expertise in core accounting workflows tailored for a pharma ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations: purchase, sales, ledgers, journal entries, credit/debit notes, and monthly financial closures.
• Oversee GST, GSTR filings, TDS, audit coordination, and ensure statutory compliance without slippage.
• Maintain batch-wise inventory accounting, expiry and damage tracking, stock reconciliation, and scheme adjustments relevant to pharma workflows.
• Own daily processes on Marg ERP—billing, stock updates, rate configurations, vendor/customer mapping, and MIS extraction.
• Execute rigorous bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations with zero tolerance for variance.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment.
• Prepare MIS dashboards, P&L summaries, and financial reports to support leadership decision-making.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting; pharma sector exposure is an advantage.
• Deep working knowledge of Marg ERP / Marg Billing App.
• Strong command of Tally, Excel, reconciliation protocols, and day-to-day transactional accounting.
• Solid understanding of pharma accounting nuances—expiry, schemes, free issues, rate differences, and batch management.
• High attention to detail, structured working style, and proactive communication.
