Job Title: Medicine Purchase Executive Location: Patna Joining Requirement: Immediate (within 7 days) Role Overview We are seeking a high-ownership Medicine Purchase Executive to drive end-to-end procurement operations within our pharma supply chain. The role demands strong domain acumen, vendor management capability, and hands-on experience with Marg ERP. --- Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end procurement of medicines in alignment with inventory norms, consumption trends, and compliance requirements. Manage vendor identification, negotiation, rate finalization, and purchase order execution. Maintain accurate purchase data, GRN, and stock reconciliation through Marg ERP. Monitor expiry, batch details, and regulatory documentation for all procured items. Coordinate closely with stores, accounts, and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted supply flow. Track purchase trends, credit cycles, and overall vendor performance to optimize working capital. Ensure adherence to company procurement SOPs, audit standards, and statutory guidelines. --- Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on purchase experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Mandatory proficiency in Marg ERP (Purchase, Inventory & GRN modules). Strong knowledge of pharma SKUs, batch management, HSN/GST applicability, and vendor ecosystem. High proficiency in negotiation, documentation accuracy, and process compliance.
