Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, supervising junior staff, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, and contributing to our overall financial health. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements Handle general ledger accounting and monthly/yearly closings Monitor and reconcile bank statements and vendor payments Maintain accurate records of company assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits Support budgeting and forecasting activities Guide and supervise junior accounting staff Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/CA Final preferred) 3–5 years of accounting experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Exposure to end-to-end finance and accounts operations Continuous learning and skill development opportunities
