About The Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-driven Accountant to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is essential to ensuring the financial health and compliance of the company’s multi-location operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and working closely with the leadership team to manage expenses, vendor payments, payroll inputs, and financial tracking.If you're someone who thrives in a structured yet evolving environment, brings precision to numbers, and is comfortable with accounting software like Zoho Books, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records using Zoho Books
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor reconciliations
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely filing of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance
- Support internal audits and coordinate with external CA firms
- Prepare and manage budgets for events, clubs, and operations
- Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review
- Work closely with operations teams for expense tracking and cost optimization
- Maintain financial data accuracy, backups, and documentation
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel (data, formulas, reconciliation)
- Knowledge of Indian taxation, invoicing, and statutory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in sports, wellness, retail, or event-related businesses
- Experience with other tools like Google Sheets, or Zoho inventory software
- Understanding of payroll basics, reimbursements, and employee expense claims
- Comfort with digital platforms, portals, and automation.
