Position: Accountant Only (Male Candidate's)

Shift Time: 10:30 PM To 7:30 PM

Location: Delhi , Dilshad Garden

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our Delhi unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience using Tally software for bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes, and related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, GST filing, and statutory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits with required data and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
• Generate periodic financial reports for management review.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or trading firm.
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

Ø Comfortable for delhi, dilshad garden

Ø Good Knowledge of Tally in new versions.
