Accountant & Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations

• Supervise and manage all daily activities within the store.
• Ensure proper stocking, display, and organization of products.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
• Manage stock transfers and ensure proper documentation.

Customer Service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Implement customer service initiatives and loyalty programs.

Sales & Reporting

• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for inventory, sales, and other metrics.
• Analyze trends and customer behavior to improve business strategies.

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma in retail management or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years in store management, retail, or inventory roles.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,740.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
