Finance & Accounts Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Financial Accounting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using ERP systems.
  • Review financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage TDS liabilities including rate application , challan generation, and return filing.
  • Coordinate with Global Shared Services (GSS) for resolution of financial queries.
  1. Banking & Payment Operations

  • Oversee payment processing, including vendor payments, statutory payments, employee reimbursements, and FFS claims.
  • Prepare and validate bank files in ERP format, ensuring completeness of transaction and vendor details.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage urgent banking submissions (e.g., BGs, LCs).
  • Handle intercompany fund transfers across group entities.
  1. Record Management & System Updates

  • Maintain physical and digital records of bills, bank statements, and financial documents.
  • Manage project bank accounts including account opening/closure and signatory updates.
  • Ensure timely updates of banking-related information in financial systems.
  1. Project-Level Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and update Monthly Revenue Reports (MRR), Project Status Reports (PSR), and Project Transaction Reports (PTR).
  • Accrue monthly finance and bank guarantee charges; maintain overhead trackers.
  • Reconcile customer advances and project retentions; follow up for clearances.
  • Maintain deposit schedules and monitor renewals and collections.
  1. Cash Flow & General Ledger Management

  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements categorized by inflows and outflows.
  • Post accruals and reversal entries.
  • Manage General Ledger (GL) periods including opening and closing.
  • Post financial entries in ERP
  1. Receivables & Collections

  • Monitor and track collections across entities, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial operations and accounting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems(Tally and SAP) ; working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
