Job Title: Accounts Executive No. of Positions: 2 Job Location: Noida Employment Type: Full Time Department: Finance & Accounting Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Experience: 5-6 years Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (negotiable) Job Description: Shri Balaji Construction is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Record-Keeping: Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions. Maintain accurate records in accounting systems. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing. Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt collections. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST/VAT and corporate tax filings. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required. Payroll & Expense Management: Process employee reimbursements and payroll-related transactions. Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures. Other Duties: Support senior management with financial insights and reports. Stay updated with accounting best practices and industry trends. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP). Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
