Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant government tenders (AAI, CPWD, PWD, NHAI, Railways, etc.) through various e-procurement portals. Study and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to prepare necessary technical and commercial documentation. Prepare and submit bid proposals, both online and offline, within specified deadlines. Maintain and manage tender documentation including EMD, BG, vendor registrations, and certifications. Liaise with government departments and authorities for tender-related queries or clarifications. Follow up on submitted bids and track tender status, corrigendums, results, and feedback. Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and outcomes for MIS and reporting purposes.
