Whiteness Signages is a leading provider of innovative signage solutions in Kerala. With a commitment to quality, timely delivery, and excellence, we are looking for an experienced Accountant who can handle financial management and operational responsibilities with precision and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations.
• Monitor and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Handle banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Carry out collections from clients/vendors and ensure timely settlements.
• Conduct stock audits across multiple storage facilities located in different parts of the city.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Assist management in preparing budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, audits, etc.).
• Support outdoor financial and administrative chores as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in accounting and finance management.
• Strong exposure to cost control and financial planning.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Office.
• Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory; 4-wheeler license will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel within the city for banking, collections, and stock audit purposes.
• Candidates residing within reachable distance to the office (Trivandrum) preferred.
