We are seeking a skilled and motivated Techno-Commercial Executive/Engineer to support and drive the execution of solar projects across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to manage project lifecycle activities from feasibility studies and design to tendering, client negotiations, and execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Proficiency Design and analyze solar PV systems including module layouts, inverter selection, and structural elements. Conduct performance analysis using tools such as PVsyst , AutoCAD , and other simulation/design software. Oversee technical site surveys and ensure optimal system configuration and placement. 2. Commercial Acumen Conduct detailed project feasibility studies , cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling . Calculate and optimize ROI and LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) for prospective projects. Evaluate vendor quotes, material pricing, and cost-control strategies. 3. Regulatory Knowledge Stay current with state and central government solar policies , including subsidies like PM-KUSUM , DISCOM norms, and Net Metering regulations in AP & Telangana . Ensure all project activities comply with local and national regulatory requirements. 4. Tender & Bidding Management Prepare technical and commercial proposals for solar tenders (government and private). Participate in the bidding process , respond to RFPs/RFQs, and handle client queries. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. 5. Business Development Identify and engage new business opportunities in rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid solar projects. Conduct technical presentations, pre-sales support, and client meetings to secure new orders. 6. Project Management Plan, schedule, and monitor solar project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and installation teams. Ensure timely and quality project execution as per customer expectations. 7. Communication & Coordination Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and government officials. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and management. Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction. 8. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Address and resolve technical and commercial challenges on-site. Offer cost-effective and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and reduce risks. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficient in PVsyst, AutoCAD , and MS Office Suite Deep understanding of solar system components, performance parameters, and energy yield forecasts Strong grasp of financial modeling, costing , and ROI analysis Experience in tender documentation and contract management Knowledge of solar regulations, policies , and government incentives Excellent communication, presentation , and negotiation skills Strong analytical , problem-solving , and project coordination abilities Willingness to travel frequently across project locations
