Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning.
• Review and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare reports on financial performance for management review.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to assist management in decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact financial practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards in financial practices.
• Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred but not mandatory.
