We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, financial statements, tax compliance, and assist in budgeting and audits. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports
• Handle tax calculations, returns, and statutory compliance
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Support internal and external audits
• Process payroll or coordinate with payroll teams as needed
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making reports

Must Have Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
