Odoo ERP Accounting modules

Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end accounting functions in
Odoo
: AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and tax entries.
Lead
monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules (Invoicing, Payments, Expense, Asset, Reporting).
Conduct
financial data migration
from legacy systems, ensuring integrity and compliance.
Generate and present analytical financial reports and dashboards directly from Odoo.
Provide internal training and guidance on Odoo accounting best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and system integrations.
Ensure compliance with Omani financial laws and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years
of hands‑on experience with
Odoo Accounting modules
, including configuration and reporting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookup); Python skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
