Location: Oman Company: Global Conglomerate Company We are seeking an experienced Accountant proficient in Odoo ERP Accounting modules to manage the full accounting cycle, optimize Odoo workflows, and support financial accuracy and compliance within our structure. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end accounting functions in Odoo : AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and tax entries. Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings , ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules (Invoicing, Payments, Expense, Asset, Reporting). Conduct financial data migration from legacy systems, ensuring integrity and compliance. Generate and present analytical financial reports and dashboards directly from Odoo. Provide internal training and guidance on Odoo accounting best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and system integrations. Ensure compliance with Omani financial laws and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo Accounting modules , including configuration and reporting. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookup); Python skills are a plus. We are now seeking a Junior Credit Controller to join our Kerala office and assist in managing customer accounts, tracking payments, and supporting credit control operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue payments. Support in following up with clients for timely payment collection. Help assess the creditworthiness of customers and maintain accurate records. Assist in setting and reviewing customer credit limits under guidance. Support reconciliation of accounts and resolve basic payment queries. Prepare reports for the finance team on outstanding invoices and collections. Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth account management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance.
