Accountant

MMH TEX FAB LLP is a fast-growing women’s fashion and textile brand with a strong online presence and a dynamic team. We encourage female candidates to apply for this role, as the position involves close coordination with women’s apparel production, merchandising, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
• Tally supplier payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Manage staff salaries, reimbursements, and other payments on time.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist with audits.
• Handle TDS, GST filing, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, and expense control.
• Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.
• Manage banking transactions, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and general accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, inventory management, and MIS reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fashion/e-commerce or manufacturing industry preferred but not mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
