💼 Role: Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with 3+ years of experience in accounting and multi-jurisdiction operations? Join our global team and play a key role in managing international finance operations.

🔑 What You’ll Do

✔ Maintain books across AU, US, Ireland & India

✔ Manage reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger

✔ Process payroll across regions (Superannuation in AU, PF/ESI in India)

✔ Support compliance filings: BAS/IAS (AU), VAT (Ireland), US schedules, Indian filings

✔ Prepare monthly management accounts & consolidated packs for CFO

✔ Monitor treasury, cashflow & intercompany transfers

✔ Streamline processes in collaboration with systems team

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔹 Qualified CA/CPA or Indian Chartered Accountant

🔹 3+ years of accounting experience (multi-entity/global environment preferred)

🔹 Knowledge in at least one jurisdiction (AU/US/IE/IN) & eager to learn others

🔹 Experience with payroll & statutory filings (advantageous)

🔹 Strong ERP knowledge (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred) & advanced Excel

🔹 Collaborative, tech-savvy with Microsoft 365

📍 Location: Nextcoworks, 5th Floor, BPK Titanium, Vijay Nagar, Indore

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
