We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. Handle accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax filings in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responses. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Maintain and update financial databases and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally). Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and documentation. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements, if required.
