Job Title: Medical RepresentativeLocation: [noida] Department: Sales / Marketing Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our company’s pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on product benefits, usage, and effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territory. Visit healthcare professionals regularly as per the call plan and maintain detailed records of all interactions. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback. Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events. Submit timely reports on sales activities, customer visits, and territory status to the manager. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar sales role (1–3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and drug therapies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
