Role Overview:

Zenith Metalik Alloys Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team with reporting and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily accounting tasks including ledger entries, bookkeeping, and record management
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare invoices, bills, and manage payment follow-ups
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements
• Prepare and assist in finalizing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.)
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information
• Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting duties

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting preferred)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
