Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and inventory management.

• Ensure accurate and timely finalization of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Oversee statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.

• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.

• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for accounting and compliance-related matters.

• Assist in year-end closing, financial audits, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Support process automation and data migration activities, especially with platforms like Zoho Books.

Qualification:

• B.Com degree is mandatory.

• CA Inter / CA (Preferred) or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.

• Prior experience in the E-commerce or Retail industry will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally ERP, or similar accounting software.

• Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
