We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. The role involves handling accounts, preparing financial reports, managing payments/receipts, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly/annual accounts. Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, and vendor payments. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and other statutory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation. Maintain petty cash, vouchers, and expense records. Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims. Monitor budget utilization and report variances to management. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to financial policies. Desired Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho) and MS Excel. Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
