Teaching Faculty

Job Purpose To deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to the overall academic excellence of Eurasian Institute of Management (EIM) for Ernakulam, Kayamkulam, Kozhencherry, Adoor and Kottayam Branches. Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, training sessions, and workshops in the assigned subject area (Aviation, Logistics, Hotel Management, Hospital Administration, or Management). Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and case studies aligned with the curriculum. Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students. Organize seminars, industrial visits, and guest lectures to enhance practical learning. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching. Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvements. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in the classroom. Collaborate with the academic team for faculty meetings, reporting, and academic events.
