Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Teaching Faculty member at Motion Education Pvt Ltd. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing mentorship to students preparing for JEE Main + Advanced. Daily tasks include conducting classroom sessions, creating and grading assessments, providing individual and group tutoring, and utilizing technology-aided teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes. The Teaching Faculty will also collaborate with other faculty members to develop and refine the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in subjects (PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS) relevant to JEE Main and JEE Advanced
• Experience in creating lesson plans and delivering classroom instruction
• Proficient in using technology for teaching, including video lectures and digital study materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior teaching experience in a similar role is an advantage
