We are dedicated to providing comprehensive tax solutions to our diverse clientele, including individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GST Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger entries, and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement).
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and resolution of issues.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and financial reports.
• Review and process expense reports and ensure they comply with company policies.
• Provide support in managing financial software and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist senior accountants and management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with other teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
