Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
Maintain general ledger entries, and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement).
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and resolution of issues.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation for financial transactions.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and financial reports.
Review and process expense reports and ensure they comply with company policies.
Provide support in managing financial software and ensure data accuracy.
Assist senior accountants and management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) in an accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with other teams.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
