Accountant

About Us:

CoreKraft Pvt Ltd is a leading corporate gifting organization committed to excellence, transparency, and disciplined financial management. We are looking for a proactive Accountant to manage our finance operations and ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Maintain accurate bookkeeping and daily financial transactions.

2.Handle GST filing and ensure statutory compliance.

3.Assist in audit preparation and maintain audit-ready accounts.

4.Manage inventory and stock records accurately.

5.Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow.

6.Generate E WAY bills and handle vendor/client billing.

7.Maintain and manage records on Zoho or similar accounting software.

8.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management & Legacy Partners.

9.Monitor advances, payments, and financial discipline across the organization.

10.Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

1.Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

2.Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance).

3.Proficient in bookkeeping, GST filing, auditing, inventory management, bank reconciliation, EY bill generation, and Zoho.

4.Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

5.Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
