Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Handling & Initial Communication Manage enquiries from multiple sources: Google SEO, calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins. Categorize leads based on quality and potential. Professionally greet clients and introduce the company. Collect detailed client information (Name, Organization, Segment, Quantity, Event Type, Date, etc.). 2. Client Consultation & Relationship Building Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions. Share product catalogues and quotations promptly. Follow up regularly with non-converted leads to maximize closure. Save client numbers and encourage them to save yours. Build long-term relationships via greetings on birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and occasional broadcasts. 3.
