Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Oversee and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to provide financial advice, address queries, and build strong relationships. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance. Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Required Skills: Strong Accounting Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve accounting and financial issues effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required. Chartered Accountant (CA) Designation: Completion of the CA program, as well as any specific state or regional requirements for practice, is essential.
