Identify new customers and Opportunities and sell the represented TMI products. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, helping them to select, integrate, and use the companys products effectively. Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the companys product offerings and solutions, becoming a technical expert to assist customers with application development and troubleshooting. Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions tailored to their specific needs. Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to customers to assist with the evaluation, integration, testing, and deployment of products. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with products in real-time, working with both the internal engineering team and the customers technical team to ensure product functionality. Training & Education: Conduct technical training sessions and product demonstrations for customers and channel partners. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to convey customer feedback and influence future product development. Product Documentation: Assist in the development of technical documentation, application notes, and user manuals for customers. Testing & Validation: Conduct product testing and validation at customer sites to ensure proper performance and adherence to specifications. Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional technical support and acting as a trusted advisor. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to better position the companys offerings in the market. Bachelor's degree in E & C /Instrumentation OR Diploma in E &C /Instrumentation, with 2 to 4 years of field sales experience preferably in Test and Measurement field.
