Job Overview:

Bricspac India Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial planning for the company’s manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee daily financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Support cost accounting and financial analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks) for financial management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
