Job Overview

Bricspac India Private Limited is seeking a North Technical Sales Manager to expand its

client base in the automation machinery sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid

background in technical sales, specifically in machinery systems like conveyors, packing

solutions, and lifting equipment. This role requires extensive travel within the region to

meet clients, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Management

 Identify and target potential clients in the region.

 Present, demonstrate, and explain automation solutions to prospective customers.

 Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.

 Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

2. Business Development

 Develop strategies to expand the client base in the assigned region.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

 Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative solutions

to clients.

3. Travel

 The role requires frequent travel (70%-80%) within the NORTH regions, particularly in

Delhi/NCR, to meet clients on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical sales within the automation machinery industry.

 Strong technical knowledge of machinery systems such as conveyors, packing, and lifting

solutions.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD to assist with designing and presenting solutions.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the region (70-80%).

 Should have list of his own customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
